If you book a new patient appointment online, Dr. Klayton will call you for a quick consultation to make sure we’re a good fit for you, and go over some important information.
DURING YOUR FIRST VISIT:
When you book your first chiropractic house call visit, you’ll fill out new patient forms online and receive an email confirmation of your appointment.
At your first appointment, Dr. Klayton will come to your chosen location and conduct a thorough history, consultation, and examination. He will discuss his findings, answer your questions, and create a personalized care plan tailored to your unique health needs and goals. This initial comprehensive visit typically lasts 45–60 minutes and includes your first adjustment if deemed appropriate*.
SUBSEQUENT VISITS:
During wellness/follow-up visits, Dr. Klayton will assess your progress and provide chiropractic adjustments along with other supportive therapies such as soft tissue therapy, ESTIM, etc as needed. Each visit is customized to your body, ensuring that you feel better faster and reach your health goals quickly! Follow-up visits typically last 30-45 minutes, depending on your needs.

Please note that we are out of network with all insurance carriers. Anywhere chiropractic and Dr. Klayton do not accept insurance. We are a mobile, cash-based practice. This allows Dr. Klayton to spend more time with you and provide more comprehensive care in your own home or office, all without any restrictions. However, an itemized receipt/invoice can be provided upon request for self-submission to your insurance.
*Any receipts for insurance self-submission will be provided after the 1st visit, and again at the end of the active care plan. Please note that some insurance companies might not accept out-of-network treatments for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider for details of your specific insurance coverage.
